Boards Header Disappearing

Not sure if this is a site wide issue or a issue with my pc. Running windows 10 touch screen on HP, chrome. Basically when im replying to a post as soon as i hit the text box to type the boards blue banner disappears off screen as soon as i click outside the box the header comes back. Not sure if this is a site wide issue or a issue with my pc. Running windows 10 touch screen on HP, chrome.

Basically when im replying to a post as soon as i hit the text box to type the boards blue banner disappears off screen as soon as i click outside the box the header comes back. This makes posting awkward as i have to click the submit button twice because the screen jumps to allow the header back into place and the the action is not registered. No issue with the touch site.

Disable touch support in chrome://flags - known issue in Chrome with touch screens.
