Usually about 330 days in advance for the larger airlines. You should be able to book towards the end of January.

Seasonal or changeable routes may not be loaded until later.

Major airlines are either 350 or 330 days before; earliest flights won't always be the cheapest and some airlines will price a return differently to two singes meaning that you'd need to wait for 330/350 before the return. Even then, many won't have finalised their schedules for winter 16/17 meaning all you're doing is buying a likely not definite flight.
