Vu+ duo remote not working

    Hi my remote suddenly stopped working today (for the second time) I have fixed this problem before but can't remember how or can't find the source on the web.
    Basically I've got no sign of life from it at all, I've tried all the instructions for resetting it but I'm not getting any red light at all. Does anybody know what to do?

    my vu zero remote stopped working yesterday.dead as a dodo five minutes ago I started pressing buttons 1 to 9 and on number 7 the red light flashed.and its back working.probley just a fluke but it was definitely not working

    My duo remote stopped working a couple of years ago so I changed the batteries and no joy. I then ordered a new remote online and that worked fine. Then by chance one day I tried the original remote and the light in the corner lit up. It is a very strange device.

    You can always use the vu+ phone app as a remote control.
