No port forwarding option on my UPC/virgin router?

I need to set up port forwarding for a server I'm running on my home pc.

When I invoke it and goto the advanced tab of its web page there is no option for port forwarding.
I am logging in with the username and password admin:admin

Has anyone encountered this? Or know of a fix? I called Virgins tech support line but they were absolutely hopeless. They didnt even know what port forwarding is. They advised me to call their 'premium support' line which charges euros per minute, which I find disgraceful.
If this were my own deal I'd change providers on the basis of this but my landlord has this account and will probably takea while for me to convince him to switch.
