    I contacted you back in November regarding a change to my account, I was replied to via email on Dec 3rd asking for some additional information. I replied to that email on the same day and I've still yet to hear back. Can you please look into this for me?

    Given that the last reply that I can see from the IW reps was on the 16th, it looks to me like they've knocked off early for Christmas :(
