How do I go about getting speed increase to 100mb.

I am less than 200m from the cabinet.

Line attenuation 11.6 dB/ 11.8 dB

This is my 2nd time asking this question in a week, no response.

No Problem Mylow

Thanks for your PM - I see your line qualifies for around 80 to 90Mb - if your speeds are currently much below this please contact the technical support team who will increase your 'speed profile'

You can reach technical support on Local 1890260260 but you can also do so via Instant WebChat at www.eir.ie/chatnow

Thanks
Al
