Unlocking from 02-three

I went into three on Friday and got a pay monthly sim. I explained that my iphone6s was on 02 and when I stuck a three SIM card in. It would say sim not active, so they man requested to unlock my phone. He said it would take 2 days were he requested it himself from three as an employee. He said on Monday plug my phone in…

He said on Monday plug my phone in to iTunes and update my phone and it should work.

Iv done that and it's still saying sim not active.

What else can I do ??
