    Any advice:
    Bought from a person selling through a facebook page. Stupidly paid by bank draft as requested by them. 4 months, endless messages, etc etc...still haven't received anything. Got one response to say they had "forgotten to order my stuff and would return my money asap". Still nothing and all messages are being ignored.

    If you bought from a business then you can take a case against them through the small claims court which costs €25. If you bought from a private individual then you probably need to get a solicitor to write them a demand letter threatening legal action. Either way you will probably have difficulty getting paid. Depending on the price of the item you may need to just chalk it down to experience and forget about it.

    You should tell them if they dont refund you the money .You will file all the evidence and report them to Facebook
