A little help please

    Hi folks.

    Hoping you guys and gals might be able to help me with a niggling issue with my laptop.

    Im currently using a HP Envy model no: 15-ah000sa. The backlight, mute and airplane buttons are not working. Neither are the volume or brightness buttons for that matter.

    I really dont want to have to go back out to Currys with it as this laptop is a replacement for one i had to fight to get wrote off.

    Any advice would be welcome
