Two meters read

    My bill came today and you seem to have read two meters rather than one. It has only ever been one before. Can't get through to an actual person on your customer care line.

    Hi Redser,

    Thank you for your post.

    Is this an electricity bill or a gas bill? Is there a letter "p" next to any of the meter readings? As there was a price change for electricity on 16th November 2015, any bills covering this period would have two sets of meter readings. There is one set for the prices prior to 16th November 2015 and the other set for prices from 16th November 2015. These are denoted with the letter "p".

    If you would like us to double check your account for you, please send us the following details by private message:
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
