How secure is a house in a housing estate with Lights but no Camera or Alarm?

Front and back door heavily bolted, members of the household are coming and going regularly.

They all help. Are they sensor lights?

A modern alarm system with a real external bell and some HD CCTV combined with sensor lights is a good over all system. Remember that the vast majority of burglars are opportunistic and will move on to another house if it looks too difficult to break into or if they're likely to be identified.

Sensor lights come on & off regularly. No One is going to pay any attention to them. If they come on when an alarm sounds they will be much more effective,
