    Hello Everyone

    Can anyone let me know how to find the exact company name of a house alarm? We have just moved to a house and we didn't get an alarm code, I couldn't get it from the estate agent or owner as the house was rented for several years.

    The alarm keypad says "Horizon" and the actual alarm mounted on front side top of house says "DES Systems". How can I get this alarm working without code or which company should I contact.

    Any licenced alarm company can service that for you. It is an old system so I'd imagine there could be a few bob to be spent on it.
