    It's not the first time it's happened to me. They are now running a month behind with my payments despite having sent in the certs in time every week. I got no pay last Friday presume I'll get nothing this Friday as it's Xmas. I dunno what to do about it.

    You need to get to your CWO in your local health centre as soon as possible
    Bring a note from your GP your PPSN and proof of address
