What are AHers lunch plans today? I'm feeling slightly hungover and am going to make a break for KFC. Some horrible meal deal with gravy should see me through the rest of the day. I normally wouldn't have junk food for lunch but feck it, I'm finishing up tomorrow and am starving. Managed a large Lucozade and a Bounty for breakfast.

Do you have reservations? No canteen here. Previous workplace, they'd put turkey & ham on every bloody day in the lead up to the Christmas break. I hope you've got a bit more of an option, maybe turkey curry and ham salads.

I had a rare pizza at a rare time last night. Right now I can't imagine eating anything. Instead I want to drown in a vat of coke. Drink of the Gods. If I was in a food mood lunch would be something simple like a toastie and a pot of tae. Now a proper toastie, thick wholegrain slices of bread, a decent amount of ham, onions, cheddar nicely melted, real butter.

But now I'm just dreaming of sweet sweet fizz.

Got a big tub of salad consisting of lamb's lettuce, gem lettuce, tomato, cucmber, red pepper, olives, feta, dolmades and stuffed chilis.
And some tsatsiki to dip my pita bread into.

Meatballs and white pasta in a tomato sauce in our canteen. 5/10 if I am generous.

We have 3 canteens and they are all fairly good thankfully. Had a vegetarian curry just there, was yum!

    Hurry up man!

Got a Tower Zinger meal which comprised the burger itself, two chicken wings, chips and gravy. Got a large Tango to accompany. Savage. Still though, I reckon two or three cans is called for this evening.

Gourmet sandwich from a place in town, washed down with tea and will have coffee now. Eaten at my desk as almost everyone finished up for christmas on Friday. I will be out the gap in about two hours myself and not back until the 4th of Jan.

I got a brown bread sambo, chicken, ham, tomato, lettuce from a posh place near here. With an americano it came to near 9e, but feck it - given the week that's in it and that everyone else seems to have been clever enough to take 2 days holiers and therefore have 2 weeks off.. i think I deserve it!

I went to the canteen and had breast of chicken with carrots, mash, and covered with gravy. Added my own black & red pepper to give it a bit of a kick. No salt. €3.96.

I'm still in no food mood :( That pizza last night has done fierce damage to my poor belly. I did however acquire a can of coke. That's all I've had! A can of coke and a Cadbury's Rose :p

leftover roast chicken in a sambo

it was up to me, we'd cook a chicken a day, and have them all, in sandwich form, the next day
