Wow. 4 years have come and gone way too fast! We've discovered some truly inspirational acts in that time, that have left lasting impressions on us. We have 2 of those acts coming to Dublin to celebrate with us in the incredible setting that is The Sugar Club.

GUY J & NEIL FLYNN headline the clubbing side of this exclusive event while PAUL KALKBRENNER'S cinematic debut in the incredible BERLIN CALLING kicks the proceedings off a 9PM sharp.

We also have Body & Soul contributor and WIGWAM resident Shane Mannion on the bill who joins our residents for this multi-room event.

To make things even better, the fine people at The Sugar Club will be serving up delicious, fresh pizzas to keep the energy levels up for what going to be a huge night for us at Melodic.

    About GUY J

Guy J is without doubt one of the most on form progressive house acts of the moment. Having been discovered by John Digweed a number of years ago, he has gone on to tour the world, launch his own label in Lost & Found and has just released an incredible studio album; The Trees, The Sea and The Sun.

Opening major events for John Digweed. Spinning back-to-back with all-time great, Hernan Cattaneo. Headlining gigs around the globe, most notably in the house music oasis of Argentina, where Guy has reached a level he thought he could only dream of. His list of ultra-impressive accolades is extensive and continually growing, yet Guy J remains his emotional and modest self. It's impossible to find even the slightest bit of pretentiousness in either Guy's personal or professional approach.

    About NEIL FLYNN

Island born and wild with dreams, from coast to shore and centered in Berlin, DJ / Producer Neil Flynn graces the depths of house and techno. In late 2014, Neil released his debut EP "Louise" to towering acclaim on his resident
German label Lossless. Following the first release, Neil returned to his studio amidst an active touring schedule to follow up with 2015's "Island People."

The production was released on Lossless together with inner-circle label members as part of a Various Artists EP. "Island People” again garnered significant attention and support with Kristian Beyer of Âme calling the Lossless members a "team for the future…” After a number of months devoted to the studio towards the end of 2015 Neil is ready to make his next move with an upcoming EP on Lossless in 2016 .

Neil Flynn has become known as both a dynamic and expressive DJ , his history extends to club residencies, frequent bookings at parties and festivals throughout Berlin, Europe, and beyond. He has shared the DJ booth with some of his greatest influences, from Dixon to Mano Le Tough, and Âme to Baikal. With his upcoming releases in production, unquestionable drive, and an ever-expanding DJ schedule in 2016, Neil is rising as a genuine talent in the world of electronic music.

Long time record collector and electronic music fanatic, Shane Mannion has been DJing for almost 20 years. Finding his palette of sound through residencies in Dublin, Galway, Melbourne & Sydney, he has also been a regular contributor to the Body&Soul events for many years now. More recently starting a residency with Motel, a new Saturday night in the newly opened Wigwam.
