    Hi,

    I'm new here

    Next year i'll live in Dublin for 8 months and i would know the cost the food and supplements...

    I mean, how much did you guys spend for week or month with food? i live a fitness lifestyle so i dont care about junk food, only the essential: chicken, fish, rice... this foods that will help me to get big :B

    Many butchers will do 10 chicken fillets for 10euro about 120-130g each.

    Lidl & aldi supermarkets do frozen unbreaded fish fillets for maybe 10-12euro per kilo.

    If buying supplements like whey powder it is usually a lot cheaper to buy online, people would post about those here http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=252
