Sorry if this is the wrong forum,
I have a ferguson ariva box and the remote got damaged thanks to an over excited husky. I bought a One for all universal remote but have no idea how to get it connected to the box, I got it working with the tv fine however.

    Any help would be great!

Most universal remotes have a learning function. Check the instructions for a guide. If your old remote is completely dead it may be easier to get a replacement from eBay?

You'll get a genuine one here if you can't get the one for all working:
