    Well folk's,

I completed the Level 5 in Agriculture before I went travelling with friends in Australia. I'm back now and I'm going to farm in opp partnership with my father. We are planning to build a new parlour under the Dairy Equipment grant in 2016. Will the department give us the go ahead for the 60% benefit even though I'm only half way through it?

No, have to have level 6. Plus with the time it takes to get approved you will be doing well to build a parlour in 2016.
