Planning permission granted (first time!) - delighted.
Now next steps, I'm looking for preliminary BER assessor. Couple of lads I'm waiting on prices back from.
Any advice when talking to these guys? Questions to be asking?
Also if anyone recommends a good reputable assessor please DM me, (midland area).
    Thanks

does your engineer / architect provide these services?

the reason i ask is that if they do, they might have an issue accepting someone elses assessment, especially if they are the ones certifying compliance with part l.

No they don't unfortunately . They recommended a couple of guys but the decision is up to myself so just want to make sure I pick a good one!
