If someone has a medical card and are entitled to prsi treatment benefit can they claim optical benefit under both within the same 2 year timeframe or is this as I suspect prohibited?

Generally only one test/new glasses per 2 years.The best thing to do is fill in the form at the opticians and let them submit it and see what happens.
