Addresses from groups missing from Outlook.com

Hi,

Logged into my msn email account via outlook.com today to blast off an email to groups of contacts (workers, customers and suppliers). The groups are almost empty. There should be over a hundred contacts in each group but there are only a handful now in each group. I still have all my contacts (over 2,000) but it's going to be a royal pain if I have to trawl through my contacts to re add them again.

...and while I'm at it... Does anyone know how many contacts you can email in one go from Outlook.com (or even Gmail.com). The reason I ask, I think back in the day you could only email less than 20 so I had groups labelled "Customers 1" , Customers 2" etc. If I do have to add them all I could just go with the one group if Microsoft allowed me to email them all at once (Bcc of course).
