A tip for those going into GV | Fitness

    This link popped into mind this evening. For those going into GV or already in, these are fantastic and trust me, the earlier you get practicing the easier the PT session will be when you do it.

    It's tough and it hurts like hell, but it's a good work out. Try incorporating it into your workouts!

    For those that don't know how it works, when they sing "bring sally up" you push up, and when they sing "bring Sally down" you go down and stay there until the above line is repeated....

    Feel the burnnnnnn!
