Limiting internet use - parental controls

Hi I'm looking to limit internet access for my kids who uses various apple devices. Ideally I'd like to do this at the router and place restrictions based on MAC addresses, however the vodafone router I have doesn't seem to facilitate this parental control. Any ideas in terms of ways to add some limits by device. thanks
