Run keeper

    Just went on my first cycle in years and put in about 55k..Anyway I used run keeper to track my distance and it took me about 2 and half hours ..The calories burnt said about 2200 surely that's a little high ..I would have thought about 1000 for that cycle ..Anyone know how reliable the calorie calculation on run keeper is .I would be great if it was 2200 I'm trying to lose the belly

    Those estimations are quite inaccurate, there are a lot of variables they can't take account of.
