you need to change your country in amazon settings first. Just add any fake german address :

then you can "buy" it here : http://www.amazon.de/dp/B019C5LZX4

Then you need to download amazon underground app :
http://www.amazon.com/gp/mas/get-appstore/android/ref=mas_rw_ldg

and in the underground app you need to change country if not changed to DE again.

Just installed and maps downloaded so working fine.

Manage to do all steps ,but not working 4 me. When app installing it say: "app not installed".

Got it going, but keep getting the pop up about having the app store installed, also I don’t want to chance leaving a German address in in case I go and order something and it posts to that.

As someone said try,
Here or even Google or even Waze (tried google and waze in Dublin city and both kept telling me to go turn at a no turn sign)

Tried another app and the same, never liked having to have the amazon app installed to use the free apps you get. Surely a amazon version of the apk which calls home to amazon to check license
