Transit MK7 FWD Gearbox problem

    hi. I have a 2008 fwd 6 speed 2.2 transit with a problem with fifth gear. all other gears work but when it goes into fifth gear nothing happens. goes in fine but its just like being I neutral. any help appreciated. thanks

    Go to red cow gearbox repair they'll sort you out

    Selector fork is broken in the box seen it before cant remember if it can be repaired without removing the box or not though.
    Pm me the reg if its an irish van or vin if its english and ill have a look tomorrow.

    Can't see that happening in situ, reverse is a bitch to put back in. :mad:

    Bohernabreena gearbox centre did a pretty good job on a car for me a few years back.
