Car trailer to transport long steel

Currently I transport 20ft lengths of pipe, angle iron and rebar in my cattle box. Steel is placed up high on top of back door and extended through a window at the front of the trailer. It's not very safe due to the high centre of gravity and becomes unstable at moderate speed. Any suggestion on how to safely transport long steel with a car trailer?

Local steel merchant here has a trailer with an extendable drawbar and the back has an extension as well so the trailer is over 20ft long from the ballhitch when fully extended and he lends it when you buy off him......brakes could be a bit scarce though

Saw a trailer that was similar to a round bale carrier the arms were facing up making a vee.
The drawbar ran the length of it 20' with the arms welded to it.

I get all steel delivered here. Only messing pulling it behind a car or jeep. Costs nothing extra to get it delivered when you take time, diesel and safety into account.

Was just going to say that would pulling long loads behind a jeep be legal?

    Convert a boat trailer?

    Something like this https://www.donedeal.ie/sailing-for-sale/19-ft-boat-trailer/10506600
