Moving out of rented accommodation

    Hi,

    I am registered with IW for a rented accommodation but will be moving out in February. What is the process for removing my name as the tenant of this property once I've left?

    Hi Giants,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    We recommend that once you move out of a property, you call us on 1890 448 448 and we will be able to move you out of the property on our system and ensure that you are billed solely for the time you reside there.

    Our billing lines are open from 8am until 8pm, Monday to Friday, and from 9am until 5.30pm on Saturdays.
