Technical pens - gift advice

I want to get a gift of a set of Technical Pens for a landscape architect as I'm aware he needs them (circa €50).

I know nothing about these, nor what the best sizes are so would this set for £30.77 be a good buy? I know it says "College Set" but I'm guessing that's just marketing and the quality is fine for professionals?

You have a reply else where on this topic so I will close this thread as it is cross posted.

If any one has an issue with that let me know via PM.
