Looking to do tax exams and wondering is there any noticeable difference between the chartered tax consultant and tax institute exams and how the qualification is viewed professionally?

This is the first year of the CTC as far as I know so I would be cautious as to how employers would view the qualification initially.

Definitely not the first year - third year at least if not the fourth year. I know someone who did it in 2013
