Intergas boiler flashing 0.0, please help!

Hi, I'm desperate for help! We live in a flat and have an intergas boiler fitted, it is flashing 0.0. Central heating is working fine, we are getting hot water out of bathroom sink, kitchen sink and shower, but only luke warm water out of bath taps which is why we looked at the boiler in the first place. Hi,

I'm desperate for help! We live in a flat and have an intergas boiler fitted, it is flashing 0.0. Central heating is working fine, we are getting hot water out of bathroom sink, kitchen sink and shower, but only luke warm water out of bath taps which is why we looked at the boiler in the first place.
Any ideas what this means and how we could fix it?!?!
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!

The boiler is flashing 0.0 as this is the water pressure (low) and requires topping up to 1.0 bar approx cold fill pressure
