Would anyone know somebody who has access to the OPCOM, the OPel communication software in waterford (bar john kelly) I lost transponder chip in my key and need it replaced.

There's a new guy beside the barbers in Ardkeen shopping center that does car keys.
He did a replacement key for my Saab recently.
