    Yes this is logged for engineers under reference number 2048194 - there is an (up to) three working day time frame on a resolution

    The engineer turned up yesterday lunch time and had me online again in half an hour.


    He reckoned the guys doing the initial install 18 months ago put a staple into the internal cable and it worked through to short the line.

    Anyway..all good at my end.
