What to do with Old Toys

Most of the charity shops don't seem to want them, the toy appeals want new toys wrapped so what to do with these?

We try pass down what we can but with twins, the house clutters fast and needs to be cleared. So hoarding stuff to pass down to in laws works to a point but we have to get rid of a lot of it.

Seems such a waste to throw it in the bin given so many kids have little/nothing in the world.

None of it is broken, they've just outgrown them.

Contact local crèches, montessoris etc. , they might want them.

You could try the women's refuges - there's one in Coolock called Aoibhneas, and Women's Aid have refuges around Dublin.
Focus Ireland might be interested in them for their homeless shelters.

Edit: If none of the above want them, there's a Facebook page called North Dublin Buy Sell & Swap, and another called Swords Buy Sell Swap or Give Away Goods :)
