    Atoms arranged in such a way that certain genes are programmed for self destruction is the problem. Probably serves an evolutionary imperative to not compete with your offspring for scarce resources.

    The atoms are not the problem, they have been around before and will be around for a long time after you're gone, the problem is the arrangement of them. You can pile atoms into a human shape, they just won't stick together for much longer than 100 years. :D
    I'm going to get a lot of stick on this forum, but to my mind it would be like a house, you can knock it down but the bricks are still OK.
