Merrion Square tree lights

I was passing Holles St hospital the other day and noticed that there is a really nice set of lights on the tree at the corner of Merrion Square. I don't remember seeing them there before. They are like giant wire berries scattered amongst the branches. Does anybody know where I could get similar ones?
