i have a 23inch lcd moniter, then yesterday it started going blank every 20 minutes or so, i have changed it for different one, is it for the recycle bin at the recycle center, or can it be repaired

Monitor

Check the cables are not broken/loose. Could connect it to another laptop and see if it still happens.
