RTE 1 HD on sky

    Hi

    Does anybody know when RTE 1 HD will be available on Sky ?

    Or is it hidden away on some secret channel ?

    So like a year after it was broadcast on sourview for free its not yet available on sky
    Sorry forgive my late arrival to the party but that sucks sky is after all a premium pay per view service

    No your right , it is a valid point. If saorview offer it for free for last year, bit annoying the way I don't have it on my paid for sky.

    Seems a bit odd ok if it is still broadcast in standard def like it was a few years ago when we last had sky
    Hope you get sorted soon as this should be a no brainer :-)

    No just checked its not hd but just some fiddlers dont imagine hd would do much for them

    unlike say the hunt on bbc in hd for free

    RTE 1 HD is now on Ch 101 on the sly epg RTE 1 ➕ 1 is on Ch 115 but not showing anything yet.
    RTE 1 has moved to Ch 277 with RTE 2 on Ch 278 .

    There were technical reasons with transponders and also carriage fees with Sky that delayed this but it's available from today so everyone should be happy.
