I am struggling to answer this question, I do not seem to have enough points to cover it.
Analyse the implications of a businesses manager of adopting a theory x approach to managing.(20)

    Demotivate workforce
    • Demotivated workforce as a result of the autocratic approach, lack of consultation etc.
    • Lack of truck and lack of delegation can lead to low morale

    Poor time management
Because theory x managers will not delegate task, it results in possible overload and stress for the manager

    Low quality of work
    • Lack of incentives provided to be entrepreneurial, to do things differently and to take an interest in work.
    • This results in poor quality goods and services and has a negative effect on profits

Anyone have notes they would kindly share, thanks.

-No intrapreneurship (no shared solutions within a business)
-Manager will be overloaded with work = stress due to no delegation taking place
    -Staff - low motivation
-High staff turnover/absenteeism - staff are not motivated to attend work
    -Staff get very little training
-Staff morale will be very low -> Poor IR.
-Due to fast decision making, it may be poor quality
    -Thus hard to recruit staff
