Hi I wonder if anyone can help me please I have an iPhone 5C probably about a year old last night it froze and I did a reset on it and then it just wouldn't turn on. It will power up as far as the apple logo then go blank again I've tried to do the reset holding the power and home button many times nothing happens just the logo and then goes blank again and I've tried to connect it to iTunes on the laptop but my laptop won't even pick the phone up I'm at a loss as to what to do now!

Contact Apple. If it's a year old then it'll be covered by them and they will repair it for you.
