Danfoss RX2C wireless controller

I'm trying to sort out a heating problem and looking for advice.
It's a two channel Danfoss controller. Downstairs stat for the heating and cylinder stat that controls cylinder and two bathroom towel rails. The circuit for the cylinder/rails seems to be switching on and staying on. When I turn down the stat it sends the signal to the controller but the light stays on and keeps the boiler switched on heating the coil/rails.
I've switched out the controller but same thing is happening.

Has anyone come across this before? As it's a wireless stat on the cylinder and it's in the hotpress with the controller can I just replace it with a mechanical stat to control the minivalve and aux control for the boiler.

    Any help is much appreciated.

Not familiar with that particular rig but is the mini valve acting up?

Have you tried a full re-set and re-pairing the stats with the controller?

Yeah, turned out to be the minivalve as well as the controller staying on.

Yeah, did a re-pairing and the controller still gave trouble. Changed controller which fixed that end of it. Mini valve was staying on too so that was a second problem to locate.
