Virgin Media/ UPC Router

    Hi

    I am UPC/Virgin Media broadband user and my Thomson cable router is not working and in getting a hissing sound so I think it has given up on me. I need to buy a new router today as I need internet access ASAP, does anyone know if third party cable routers are supported by Virgin Media

    Ones such as TP Link Ac750 Cable router
