"File Rings" ?

I'm not sure exactly what they are called but I am looking for single rings like those in arch files without the base piece. I haven't seen them in Eason's. Any suggestions welcome.

Try searching suppliers of shop display products. Usually called locking rings or hinged rings or something like that. DWS Supplies have them, I cant post a link as a new user but that is probably be what you're after.
