Short-term letting

    Hi

    Does anybody know an agent that provides short term letting 2/3/4 bed in north kildare?



    need a property for about 2 months in the new year so that i can get some work done on my own.

    all help appreciated

    Due to Intel and the university, all of them. The Maynooth agents + Charters, Brady's, Coonan - would all have short terms on their books.

    It might be worth looking at holiday lettings:

    I wouldn't let the headline weekly rate put you off immediately. I would say there's plenty of room for negotiation during the very quiet months.

    If I remember correctly there's also a few Golf clubs with onsite rental accommodation that may also be worth a look during the off-peak season.

    Agree with the off-peak suggestion; include the self catering hostelsin your search as well.

    cheers...have done similar..but to no avail :(


    most frustrating thing is following up ads on 'short let' sites with 'no minimum lease' only to be told the property owner wont let for less than 12 months.
