    Question 1 -  Water grant

Question 2 – Texts from Irish Water

This is an automated correspondence which comes into play once your Irish Water account has an outstanding balance. Make a payment today and avoid a late payment penalty. See here for ways to pay. You can also call 1890448448 and make a payment by using our automated service.

Question 3 – Water Conservation Grant Query

If you were not eligible to apply for the 2015 Water Conservation Grant, once you have registered your primary residence with Irish Water you may be able to apply for the 2016 Water Conservation Grant.

Question 4 - Phonecalls from Irish Water

You may receive a phonecall from Irish Water if you have an outstanding balance on your account and you haven’t made a payment. If you have made a payment and feel that you have received a call in error please send your name, address and contact number by private message and can investigate further.

Question 5 - Have a meter but getting a flat rate charge

If your meter was installed half way through a billing cycle, you will receive an assessed bill. Your subsequent future bills will be based on your water usage, which is determined by your meter. Your meter readings can be found on the back of your bill, and you can also see your water consumption on a graph if you have signed up for a My Water account.
