Northumbria University or College of Estate Management (CEM)

    Hello

I have been offered a distance learning place (MSc Building Surveying) at each of these colleges.

Both courses are accredited and fees are approximately the same.

I'm finding it difficult to decide on which one to go for.

Northumbria is the bigger college and seem to have a well established set-up for distance learning.

CEM is smaller, caters only for distance learners but is focused entirely on Estates/Building. CEM is getting university status next year.

Has anyone here studied at either college?

    Any advice greatly appreciated!
