Wall bracket to tilt out 90 degrees

I have a 32" Sony LCD (in storage at the moment, so can't confirm model) that I want to mount on the wall and be able to pull out and swivel 90 degrees.

Does anyone know of a bracket that would suit and perhaps could also be used to upgrade to a 40"-42" at a later date?

I'm aware that this could be expensive, but because of the layout of the room in question, I don't really have options.

Also, is this a good rule of thumb for deciding on whether a bracket will allow for 90 degree rotation?

"To achieve 90 degrees to the right and/or left (180 degrees in total) on a 70" TV you would need a bracket with a minimum extension of c875mm (half of the width of the tv)"

So, on a 32" TV, I would need a bracket that will extend minimum 255 mm
On a 40" TV, I would need a bracket that will extend a minimum of 290 mm

and so on...

I have that one a couple of years holding a 48" up, very solid and has all the rotation/tilt you could want.
