Hydrology in Ireland

Are there any dedicated institutes of hydrology in Ireland? I've only done a small bit of googling on it but hydrology in ireland seems to be a bit spread out between different universities and civil groups, is anyone able to give a good overview of the situation?

I work in a university hydrology institute myself but I've never came across anything done/written by hydrologists in Ireland, which I always found strange considering how important it really is in Ireland

The universities have hydrology departments. Here is Galways one for example

As far as know they offer consultancy services as well for modelling etc. though i would imagine it is for the more esoteric cases which require individual solutions where the off the shelf modelling packages may not be suitable.

There is a national hydrology conference every year as well. Been a while since I've been but usually a couple of presentations on research, and capital works programmes
