    Vodafone Ireland are the worst telecommunications company in Ireland, They mislead you into 18 month contracts using false advertising, and misleading information. There R215 Hotspot is rubbish and their customer services is just as much rubbish. The upgrade contract I am on was for a upgraded hotspot, 30gb and 4G network at €30 per month. I have never got 4G network and the device is slower then my old hotspot, I challenged them on one bill and they are charged me €100 and €50 the last two months even doh I haven't gone over my allowance. They are now billing me for a service they are no longer providing to me. They have already confirmed they over charged me €12 per month since april and only refunded me the money when comreg where involved. They do nothing for their customers and come after you like a loan shark when you own money. Go with a different company.
