unmetered bill too high

    Hi,

    For my first bill I was billed €64 as you didn't get around to installing a meter.
    since my meter has been fitted. 
    I have had a bill for €0 usage and another bill for €9.  

    Obviously the unmetered bill is to high, when will you readjust it? because i have no intention of paying any bill that that is done.
